The living brain your
company runs on.
Hivemind keeps your company’s knowledge current across the tools you already use, then runs agents on top of it that do the actual work and show their sources for every answer.
Runs on your Slack, CRM, docs and tickets. No migration.
Your company already has a brain. It just lives in the wrong places.
The decisions, the account history, the reasons behind them: most of it sits in Slack threads, a CRM nobody fully trusts, and a few people's heads. It goes stale the moment someone writes it down. So the same questions get asked again, decks get rebuilt from scratch, and every new hire spends a week pinging seniors to catch up on what the team already knew.
The context layer, kept alive. And the agents that work on top of it.
A current model of how your company actually runs.
Hivemind reads from the tools you already use and keeps a structured, up-to-date picture of your accounts, decisions, and context. Nothing to migrate, nothing new to maintain by hand. When the work changes, the brain changes with it.
Work that ships, not another dashboard.
Agents sit on the brain and produce outcomes. A sourced answer in seconds. A sales deck built from this week's numbers. A new teammate brought up to speed. A pipeline update compiled and checked against what is true today.
Built for teams whose knowledge outgrew their tools.
We work deep in a few fields at a time, so the brain understands the actual shape of the work, not a generic template of it.
Every client’s history, deliverables, and account context in one current place.
Project decisions and their reasoning, kept alive past any single email thread.
GTM and account knowledge the whole revenue team can reach and trust.
Bids, specs, and site calls that stop living in one person’s inbox.
Three things a generic assistant will not do.
Always current
The brain refreshes from your source systems, so answers reflect this week and not a snapshot from six months ago. Freshness is built in, not left to whoever remembers to update the wiki.
Every answer has a source
Each answer carries where it came from and how sure the system is. A person can check it in one click, which is what makes it safe to act on rather than second-guess.
It asks when it does not know
Below its confidence line, Hivemind routes the question to the right person instead of guessing. They answer once, the answer compounds back into the brain, and nobody gets asked twice.
One loop. It gets sharper every time it runs.
Ingest
Connect the tools your work already lives in. Hivemind pulls the context in and gives it structure.
Keep current
As work happens, the brain updates. Low-risk changes merge on their own. Anything uncertain waits for a person.
Do the work
Agents answer the question, draft the deck, prep the account, all sourced from what is true right now.
Compound
When it hits something it cannot ground, it asks the owner once. The reply is captured, and that gap is closed for good.
The result: coverage that grows from real usage, not from a project nobody has time to finish.
Safe to hand agents the actual work.
- It shows its work. Sources and a freshness signal come attached to every answer, so trust is something you can check, not something you extend on faith.
- It has a human in the loop by design. When two sources disagree or the ground is thin, the change waits for the person who owns it.
- It sits on top of your stack. Keep Slack, your CRM, your docs. Hivemind works with what you have rather than asking your team to move.
What we can point to today.
We are early, and we would rather show you what is real than dress up what is not. Here is where things actually stand.
Building at the forefront. First ones up, moving before the world is awake.
Two builders, fifteen years in.
Hivemind is built by Rasmus Sikk and Hans-Hendrik Karro, friends of fifteen years who have been making things together for most of them. One builds the systems, the other takes them to market. Both run the product on their own company, every day.
Rasmus runs the technical side: the brain substrate and the infrastructure the agents run on. Ten years in software with a Salesforce and RevOps background. Through his shop CloudBive he built LetsBuild’s revenue engine, which kept holding up for five years after the company was acquired.
Hans-Hendrik runs revenue, positioning, and the commercial side. Before Hivemind he scaled Bolt Plus from zero to hundreds of thousands of subscribers across more than twenty markets, including the accuracy and evaluation work that made its AI trustworthy enough to ship.
See it running on your own company.
We are working hands-on with a small group of design partners right now. If your team's knowledge is spread across too many places and you want agents you can trust with it, we will show you what that looks like on your data.
